Processing Time
Our processing time is 10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping time varies depending on USPS. All orders are shipped via USPS first-class or priority mail.
We do not take rush orders due to the nature of our small, family-owned operation. We take pride in the exceptional quality in our products and do not want to sacrifice that quality for speed. :)
Order Status
Etsy makes this easy for all shoppers! You can check the "Scheduled Ship Date" by going to your account and clicking on "Purchases". Once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email connected to your Etsy account. The tracking number will also be shown under "Purchases" when you click on your order.
Rush Orders + Special Requests
Please contact us BEFORE placing your order to discuss any special requests. Do not leave notes in the "Note To Seller" box about an order deadline because we do not see that information until the invoice is pulled for production.

Monogram Etiquette
Remember that the monogram needs to be left in MONOGRAM ORDER. If you list "ARC" in the notes, the monogram letters will be placed in that EXACT order.
Larger middle letter monograms:
aSc - Ann C Smith
{first/LAST/middle}
Married monograms:
aSj - Ann & Joe Smith
{wife/LAST/husband}
Same size monograms:
JRS - Joe R Smith
{first/middle/last}
Two letter monograms:
AS - Ann Smith
{first/last}
Family Names
A basic rule is to NEVER use an apostrophe, except to show ownership or possession. For most names, add -s to the end. ** If the last name ends with: S X Z CH SC, add -es at the end. *
